Technological Competence Centers

The TCCs were set up as high-margin technologically specialized production centers catering to the needs of the ODK corporation and external customers.

Two TCCs went operational in 2011. One is the Saturn Instruments Plant, which specializes in various industrial tools and machinery. The other is the aluminium and titanium casting center at UMPO. The two centers will help to optimize the production workflow at the engine-making plants, reduce costs and labor intensity, and deliver a more competitive product.
ODK is also preparing to launch TCCs specializing in compressor and turbine blades and combustion chambers.
